- Famous as Spartan X in Japan, Kung-Fu Master was released in 1984. It was developed by Irem in Japan and Kung-Fu Master is a beat ‘em up arcade game. Later on, it was released by Data East in North America. The game came as a result of the very famous movie Wheels on Meals starring Jackie Chan. "Paragon Films Ltd., Towa Promotion" produced this movie. Kung-Fu Master is famous for being one of the very first beat ‘em up arcade games to be released. Kung-Fu Master also has a number of elements of another movie Game of Death starring Bruce Lee.
